Each course contains 12 sessosns held over 6 weeks

Though the name ‘Boot Camp’ was inspired by military training camps, our instructors do not use intimidation tactics in the classes. The classes are structured to be a full cardiovascular body workout in an exciting and motivating environment in which you will still able to see and feel results. The trainers are there to motivate not humiliate.
It is meant to be challenging. Be prepared to be pushed beyond your limits in order to reach your goals.

Boot Camp can break up the boredom and monotony of the same old gym or cardio workouts
